Coverting Access to SQL...

couldn't find any real answers on this....
Is there an easy way to convert access db to sql? I found a converter at dbconvert.com but not sure rather to try it or not... any ideas?

By SQL, if you mean MySQL, then you should try 'Access to MySQL':

If you're trying to convert to MSSQL, then you can do it from inside Access:
Tools -> Database Utilities -> Upsizing Wizard
