Boxtrapper log malformed header

Newbie here in more ways than one...

I have enabled the boxtrapper feature on my e-mail account. I am seeing a lot of lines in the log report saying:

Discarding malformed message from sender: due to invalid From: header ()

It happens about 5-6 times a day. Is this something to worry about?

In addition, I am not receiving some mails from a forum I administer, which should be getting through to me (I have whitelisted the address).

I have the exact same problem!

Doing a google search, this reference to this exact problem is one of the few hits that yields a result. Together with the fact that this post hasn't been answered yet, causes me to think that the occurence isn't common.

I sure hope I could clear this up though.

Boxtrapper is removing messages, and I can't see why...
