FTP login in error (sub account ftp)

Hello,

I keep getting a log in error for the new sub account ftp. Even the anomymous ftp is getting an error. Attached is the error.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions on how to resolve this.

I having exactly the same problem with you . I asks support they said it fine but still i can fix it but Mac support tell me that i should change to SFTP i do it and it work but a bit slow try ok ?
