500 emails per hour not being reached but error still occurring?

Hi,

I'm hosting a domain (a .uk.com if it makes any difference) for a client & they keep saying their getting the emails per hour limit error message. They say they're not sending anywhere near that many emails so i'm confused as to why the error would be occurring...?! I know that the limit applies to my account and not to that specific domain, but the other domains I have seem fine - I've not had any similar problems.

Any ideas/suggestions?

I'm considering taking my email hosting elsewhere.

You might want to check with BlueHost using their LiveChat feature on the home page. Otherwise, I know some people at this forum have had success with gmail.
