Phplist Admin

I have browsed through the forum but can't find a solution to my problem.

I have just installed phplist via the fantastico, should I upload and install manually instead? Will there be any difference?

After I have installed phplist, I tried to enter the admin page but it appears blank to me and the source code shows only the following code:

Any suggestion or help will be greatly appreciated.
