Event registration

Does anyone know of any good event registration software out there? I'm looking for something that will allow me to accept credit card payments from event attendees and keep track of them in a database on my Bluehost server. It would be nice if it is open source but I am willing to pay if the product is good.

I am looking at the same thing. I am looking now at something called eventbrite.com (formerly MollyGuard Events) but am considering purchasing a ssl and selling them through an OS Commerce store....
