Broken wordpress blog

my blog is broken. no matter which post/link i access, it comes up with the same post. occasionally it changes and just outputs the robots.txt file. i've tried updating wordpress, but it didn't fix it. i have no idea what's going on
are you able to assist at all?

If you've enabled Bluehost Dynamic Cache in the FastCGI Acceleration pane in your cPanel, try turning it off.

my blog www.toddsnotebusiness.com is denying me entry after I changed file permissions on 11/09/07
After finding no comparable blog post on subject, I ask for help. I have gone back and changed the permissions to what they were prior to getting 403 Forbidden. I am the administrator on my site and want to get it back up and running . What steps should I now take ?
