I'm presently using IPower but am not satisfied with them. Often my web site americahurrah is down. When I try to publish with Front Page I get error messages, server extensions not found.. etc.
Does Bluehost have similar problems?

I don't have much experience with FrontPage but most people here who are say to avoid using it if possible. I do know that BH does support FP extensions.
Worse case, you sign up and if you aren't happy, they will refund your money. A full refund if less than 30 days after signing up, a pro-rated one after that. That's a pretty good bargain for a service that charges only $7 per month.

FTP programs..
Microsoft doesn't even support frontpage any more, there's really no reason to use it over microsoft expression.
Are you using it to design the pages or just FTP your stuff?
