No site is gone and no one will help me. I have lost so much money and time from this and I can't take the stress.

Have you tried contacting support?

Yes I have.

For the last month since I have had a dedicated IP and SSL the site continually goes down and email doesn't work, but this time it was an anonymous letter from someone with an AOL account who stated I sent spam or was phishing for credit card info, which I did not, but apparently it is enough to get me closed down just before the holidays and that is not good for a toy store.

They even shut down my non profit parenting site because it was on the same server, although a different domain name.

They have given me some access and time to download and back up all of my information for which I am grateful. The abuse team shut me down, but said they could not speak to me until tomorrow, but with the horrible notice being posted at my website, this is just too humiliating.

I have spent hours on the phone getting things corrected or fixed for the last month only to have it all gone because someone sent an email that was not from me. I would never do something like that ever and just don't get why anyone would.

It was nice for a long time hosting here and I am checking around for somewhere that will at least give me the opportunity to defend myself.
This was very much guilty until proven innocent. Very sad.

If you were buying toys for your children and ran into this.

Would you bother going back? I have already received several emails with current customers demanding their money back because they are terrified that the store is gone.

If anyone knows of another host that they can recommend, I would really appreciate it. This really stinks. I loved Bluehost.

I just paid for domain renewal, dedicated IP and SSL. Do you think they will refund for the 11 months I wont be able to use it here?

Um.. you can sue the person who got your site disabled, or maybe even bluehost if they did this wrongfully and you've lost money for it.

If bluehost shut your site down without any proof from this person that you were doing something wrong, then they are definitely in the wrong here.

If you did, in fact, do something wrong, then you can take your pro-rated refund and move to a new host.

I didn't do anything wrong. They said they did it to protect me in case it was something I didn't do. How could shutting down my livelihood protect me. I am very lost. I have been writing some of the staff I know at Bluehost hoping someone can help me, but so far I have gotten nowhere.

I am looking at other hosts tonight, but money is an issue as I have given every last cent I had to pay for all of this to Bluehost in advance for the year.

I am very stuck and not sure what to do.

I would love to go after the person who did this, but they wont supply me with anything other than a ticket number.
682624. When I ask for further information to be sent to me, I am told there is no way to give it to me.

Is there any other way to get access to this ticket?

You will have to get a hold of bluehost to resolve this issue. We are users can't do much to help you.
