Hey guys,
Does anyone here have any experience with uk-cheapest.co.uk?
I'm trying to cancel my hosting package with them so i can get one here (it's still under the 30 moneyback guarantee).
I cannot find any information on their website on how to cancel my account, and they have no forums, and no phone number that i can find. I raised a support ticket asking how to cancel but have had no reply :(

Anyone got any ideas?

No phone (http://www.uk-cheapest.co.uk/support/esupport300/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=115&nav=0,7)

Looks like the only way to contact them is through submitting a support ticket.

If you cancel your service with them they may or may not let you keep your domain name, if you want to keep it you might have to do a domain transfer.

I have no idea what their policy on that would be, you'd have to ask them.

I mean technically the domain is non-refundable so you'd still have paid for it..

Thanks,
I also just found their terms and conditions:
http://www.uk-cheapest.co.uk/terms.php

Account Cancellation:
Requests for cancelling accounts may be made in writing with at least 30 days notice but not more than 60 days prior written notice and sent to

Account Cancellations
Microlite Limited
145-157 St John Street
London
EC1V 4PY

You must provide all account information to cancel.

Seems i may need to write to them to cancel my account. I'll give them another day to get back to my support ticket and if i hear nothing i'll write to them.

Thanks again!

They want you to mail them a letter of cancellation? Wow.

Yeah, and after that, you probably have to drive over to their offices and provide a blood sample.
