Registering a new domain

I am trying to register a new domain, but it turns out this error:

It is against ICANN policy to register a domain with invalid contact information. Please fix your email and try again.
PROBLEM: Down Mail Server

What should I do?

I am Italian is using a translator :)

What email address are you using to register the domain? Whatever it is, the registration software apparently doesn't like it. Do you already have a BH account? Are you using your BH email address to register the new domain? If not, what happens when you try that?

I explain, I already have an account with bluehost is myplanets.org when I go into cPanel register a new domain to be used nell'hosting.

When I click registers new domain out of this is written:
It is against ICANN policy to register a domain with invalid contact information. Please fix your email and try again.
PROBLEM: Mail Server Down

And I do not record any additional domain.

When you enter the new domain you want to register, you should see a screen which includes, among other things, the email address you have on file with Bluehost. If that email address is not valid, or if the server that provides you with your email service is down, the domain registration cannot continue.

You probably should contact BH via Live Chat.
