Allowing customers to add, edit and delete own domain's email accounts

Hi, this might have been discussed before but I couldn't really find what I want from the searched threads.

Instead of managing email accounts for individual domains, is there a way to allow my customers to manage their own accounts? I was told there are some scripts available. I am not a programmer. Anyone has contacts that is willing to do it for me for a fee?
