All PHP pages now give 500 server error!

I don't know how long this has been going on, but every php page on my website now renders as blank, with the following in the page source:
"<!-- SHTML Wrapper - 500 Server Error -->". What's happened?

Can you log in your Cpanel? If yes, go to Process manager and End the existing your proccesses. Hope that help you!

I guess someone fixed something at the server level; php running correctly again.
