I have started getting the 550 Administrative prohibition error message when trying to send emails.

I sent an email at 09:23 with no problem, however I tried sending one at 10:08 and now get the error message.

I have not changed any settings and have not closed the application.

I have since tried rebooting my PC which has not helped!

Any Ideas?

Just chatted with BH Live Chat, and they believe the email problems have been cured. However, some messages sent during the time when things weren't working may not have gone through. If you got a bounce message, at least you know they didn't make it out, but I sent some test messages that simply vanished into the ether, gone without a trace. So, you might want to re-send any messages you sent earlier this afternoon.

Edit - One of my earlier email tests finally showed up, so it would appear that some queues of outgoing email are still clearing.

Second edit - an hour later, the last of my test messages magically appeared, so there may not have been any lost messages. With luck, they were all just lined up on the taxiway, waiting for ATC clearance!

THis is also happening when people try to mail to me, some of the time. No error message gets flagged on either side, but when we manually go through the e-mail process we are seeing this message.
I don't know how many incoming mails are failing because the server is not delivering any indication that they are failing.

I am also getting this message. I send a email to 5 people and only 1 doesn't get it. Its not all the time and not the same person all the time. Its like its random. Chatted with BH Tuesday and they said they changed a MX setting. Work for a little bit. Today error came back.
