Hey, just for those of you interested... I sent an email this morning around 7:30 AM EDT asking to upgrade my account to reflect the current specs offered (15 GB space, 400 GB transfer, etc.) and, after everything was verified, it took less than a few hours and all was well!

I've been very happy and continue to be with BlueHost. :)

They sent an email offering the larger capacity when it was introduced. All you had to do was reply telling them it was okay to upgrade it. :)

heh, we didn't even reply (because we didn't need it) but after a few days we were upgraded anyway. It doesn't bother me and I'm not complaining. I'm just surprised that not everyone was upgraded.

I actually asked to be upgraded when the rollout was initiated in late April / early May but, due to the volume of requests, my account somehow did not get upgraded. It wasn't an absolute need but I've seen my numbers start to increase so I thought it best to ask now.

Actually, I have another account with BlueHost that I did NOT ask for this upgrade but they went and did it anyways, like what happened to Nick and grant.

The point of the original post was really just to rah-rah-thank BlueHost for responding as quickly as they did. Plus, I haven't posted in awhile so felt obligated to say something... :p

The only accounts that did not get upgraded were ones on the older servers that did not have the capacity, but we are moving those customers to newer ones to give the upgraded space (at no cost) which sounds like the issue Redsox9 had.

Yeah, I had a feeling since I was on server 12 but, again, it's no longer an issue and there's no ill-will since I really didn't have an immediate needs (and still don't for the moment).

Thanks, Dustin!

Does anyone elses control panel, under 'disk space available' say "unlimited megabytes"? Is this new?

Nope. Says 15,300MB on both of my accounts which are under boxes 91 and 134.

My control panel displayed that for a short period of time but now it is gone and showing the correct disk space. Im not sure why it showed "unlimited".
