file upload site

I'm considering blue host as I'd like to host my file upload site here. I save all the files to a directory with a hash-type name and extension. What I'm wondering is will I violate the TOS if my users upload copyright material? I have a DCMA link on my website with information on contacting me and I feel that this is sufficient. Thoughts?

BH will not permit copyrighted material on their servers, period. They will suspend your account in a heartbeat if they find such material on there.
