My MYSQL server is down, and their phone support is closed for the holidays.
what a bunch of crap.
I am losing sales by the minute.
Anyone have a phone number for Matt Heaton at home, so I can get him to fix this?
edit= This is the third time this has happened in 2 months. I will be moving my domains shortly to people who really have TRUE 24/7 support.
