Problem with phpAdmin and MySQL database

We opened already few ticked but since yestorday nobody answer us:

phpAdmin doesn't work. We just saw list of databases sometimes, but never able to see list of tables in particular database. Just message:

"Please be patient, you will be redirected in a moment.... "

We spoke with John yesterday, he said he has same problems on
his side. Because 3 of 4 our forums (phpbb 2.0.22) work, we suspect problem
with database of last forum. We checked this forum (autismwa_Forum) and saw some warning there. After it we started to think that our problems with
phpAdmin caused by corrupted database. John said it was update yesterday on you server, we thing it happened after it. Everything worked fine yesterday morning, error log shows first problem near afternoon:

That's why we asked John to restore morning backup. He said he can do it but he can restore only whole account. We was agree. At night ~12:30 he said we is starting right now. But for some reason he didn't do it. We have i-net store on your site, we put this store in technical support mode. It still in
this mode. It means he didn't restore yesterday morning backup.

PLEASE HELP US!!!! We collect this information for years! And we lost in one
day just because of you update! If we knew before about your plans, we could do own back up, but nobody told us anything! This is forum contain
consulting information for our i-net store buyers. We need it!

Since it happened yesterday when we try to open the forum we see only
message:

EVERYTHING WORKED FINE BEFORE YOUR UPDATE!!!

We need at least backup (1,2 or 3 days old)!!! Please, help!

Not sure if it is related, but PHP is not working on my site at all. Any code that has PHP causes the rest of the page to not display. If I change all the code to just HTML the page displays OK. I'm on box 65.

Most of my content has been moved off-site, and the stuff I needed to keep here was easily changed to HTML since it wasn't a big deal to me.....so no I didn't feel the need to contact support. Just offering my thoughts to help the first guy.

My advice was pointed towards the first guy. Your post just happened to appear before I completed mine.
