Hi guys, I just noticed that BlueHost made a new 'offer', for example its now 600 gb space instead of mine 300gb space which I ordered at the same price. So I was kinda wondering if there is any 'upgrade' options?
Number two; Im totally confused with all those domains, like Add-On Domain, Subdomain etc.. So I wondered which domain does what? Is there any of those domains that are free?
www.[name].[domain].com <--- is this a subdomain? How do I get one of those?

Contact bluehost and they will upgrade your for free.
A sub-domain is sub.domain.com and these are free.
An add-on domain is an entirely new domain on the account. You can host an entirely new site. Each add-on domain you need to buy the domain, which is $10/year

He meant to say "FREE" - no cost to upgrade size and bandwidth. If you are currently on an old server, they will have to move you to a new server. Also php5 will be on the new server (so live chat told me).

how do we know if we are on an old server or new?
will they have to move us to another box? fingers crossed but I haven't had many problems in my box, I don't know if I would like to move to another box

If your box number is really low, like 1-50ish, then i'd say you're on an older server.
I'm sure by now, that they have all the severs updated so I wouldn't really worry so much.
The only reason I could see them moving your site, if of space issues.

BlueHost allocate 6,000Gb bandwidth to each account each month.
That is something over 6,000,000,000,000 characters.
Because your site says 10034.71/2048000.00 MB it indicates that your bandwidth is still being measured relative to 2,000Gb instead of having been upgraded to include the full 6,000. As you have used less than 0.5% of that amount, getting your site upgraded to the higher limit is rather pointless because you would need to use hundreds of times your current usage to need the extra.
