trying to setup Ioncube...help needed

I'm trying to setup Ioncube for a script that I am trying to setup on my page.. an addon to Joomla. The script isnt working at the moment cause I dont think I have ioncube setup correctly.

I downloaded the file and followed the instructions, but it mentions in the bluehost knowledge base modifying the php.ini file and I cant figure out where the heck that file is.


help..please.

If there isn't a php.ini in your public_html directory, you can simply create one (it's just a text file).
