Hi, I recently had an 30day refund because of speed issues between bluehost and my country(the netherlands), speed bounced between 10-70kbs (avarage 20kb.s) when your site consists of mostly images and streaming videos.. its kind of annoying.
Anyway, I chose a free domain when signing up. That domain was pretty wel known for my visitors. And seeing that I am not refunded the money for the domain, I should still be owner of that domain for the remaining year.
So I wish to set my nameservers to the correct servers. Only I used to do that thru the Cpanel. And as I cant login to that anymore, is there some place else where you could set you domain only settings.
I have asked the bluehost support this same question friday, but they havent responded yet. So I thought I would try asking it at this forum, because every day I might be waiting on a anwer I might be missing visitors.
