Is posible a File Sharing Site with Bluehost?

I am thinking to make a file sharing site like skyupload.com or mediafire.com with a package of Bluehost, would it work?

Actually I have a similar site (CGI) with other hosting company(limited bandwidth) but the problem is, when the site gets more than 50 users online, it becomes down, inaccesible. Would it occure with Bluehost?

The other thing that I would like to know, how much is the upload and download speed of Bluehost from http platform?

You may not keep copyrighted material on a BH server - your account will be suspended or terminated if you do. With a file-sharing site, it's almost impossible to police what gets uploaded. So, I would strongly advise not even considering it.
