When I go to upload my files from Frontpage to Bluehost I always have blue arrows on some my files on the left side (local website) showing that my files have to be syncronized or uploaded. The thing is I've tried everything and these files always have the arrows saying they need to be uploaded still. So what do I do because when I hit upload it's taking 20 min to load everytime compared to the past when it was just two or three files. Do I need to reset something here? I tried this http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm but it didn't work it seems.

First thought is make sure you have frontpage extensions turned ON in the control panel. FP might not work right unless you do.
Maybe you should go into CPanel wipe out the files on your site and start again with the upload through frontpage. It actually does work okay... one of our sites Exchange Synergism (http://www.exdchangesynergism.com) is frontpage and it updates okay.
You might want to consider using a less clunky authoring package too, depending on what you are doing. I have been pleased with phpWebsite which can produce a clean simple site like Objective Business Services Inc. (http://www.objectivebusiness.com) very quickly.
Good luck !

Yes the extensions are turned on.....I already tried wiping out the whole website on my server but that still didn't work. I agrre though FP is not a great program and I'm ready to pull the plug on it soon and try MACROMEDIA 8 and try something totally new.
Oh well I tried to fix this dumb ass prgoram but it's nearly impossible unless you're hear to actually see what I mean.
