Phishing site running (apparently) on bluehost.com

http://69.89.31.182/~freedot0/www.paypal.com/managament/cgi/index.php

is a phish site I just got in an email.

If I remove the path, http://69.89.31.182/ says it's a bluehost.com site... Not sure if abuse can disactivate this, but it would be good to do this quickly.

I just spoke to a live tech (Shawn?) on their 877 phone number and he's dealing with it.
