I am trying to create a folder on my webspace to upload pbpbb forum. I want the folder to be called "forum".
Does anyone know how to do this? Used other hosts before and its been straight forward. Cant seem to work out how to do it with bluehost.
Thanks in advance.

With virtually any FTP client program, you can create a new folder - depending on the software, it might be labeled something like MkDir (make directory).
From the Control Panel, you can simply call up File Manager, navigate to public_html (it should put you there by default), then click the New Folder icon, top left.

Right, Folder sorted. Thanks.
Whenever I try to upload files to that folder, I get the following error
550 no such file or directory

I've never used Core, but it really shouldn't be any different from any other FTP client program. I confess I don't have a good theory about why you can't upload files to a folder you've created under public_html. From a couple of screenshots I've seen, it looks like a simple matter of selecting that newly-created folder on the right, at which point the little window above should display something like "/public_html/test/", choosing a file from your PC on the left, and hitting the right-arrow.
