I am not sure why am I getting this error? I created a public ftp folder for a new company I am going to be doing business with and both the user and I are getting the same error. :confused:
I created a public folder before in my same account but the second time, I created a public_ftp from the control panel. it asked me what the username and password should be and it worked at first but now, it does not want to work anymore.
I don't use any FTP program, just the network place from windows XP. any ideas? not sure If I am giving enough info. Please let me know.
