I'm having really bad upload issues with my server as if I'm being capped. Could you folks please fix this issue? I normally get about 140K/second last night i uploaded a show at 20K/second!

(I've already sent a ticket but no response yet)

We are all just users like you and so have the same access to our accounts as you have to yours and no access to your account beyond that available to the general public.

The best way to contact support is via the Live Chat button on their home page.

LiveChat is instantaneous - you will be "speaking" directly to someone from BH support. Of course, it also depends on the volume of users trying to contact support at any given time. Still, it's usually much quicker than submitting a ticket.
