Sending e-mails issues

Hi there,

Trying to send an e-mail and I'm getting an error message:

"Authentication failed
Server replied: 535 Incorrect authentication data"

Any idea(s) why?


Just tried live help but is taking forever to connect.

I have a similar problem raised by one of my users. I posted a ticket a week ago, but no response yet.

My user is on holiday at the moment so its difficult to pursue, but I would be interested as to what your resolution is.
