Is there any way I can setup a subdomain and have it's DNS point to an IP other than my IP at bluehost? For example, I have "www.domain.com", with a BH ip address. I want to setup "diet.domain.com" to point to a seperate IP address at one of our offices.

Can this currently be done with BlueHost? If not, would I be able to achieve this by using a service such as EveryDNS?

Thanks all!
Tyler

This is called an A Record. It can be done, but not through the control panel, you must called Blue Host and they'll do it for you in a matter of seconds.

this should be possible through the redirect method. if you can find the IP address of your internal server, just redirect to that.

I need a real A record. We'll be using the hostname for things other than www too. I'll get in touch with BH and see if they can do it for me.
