How do i go about doing this with blue host... i have a .ca that i transfered here originally... but i am looking to nab another .ca and can't figure it out...

any words of advice?

You can always register the domain through a registrar like GoDaddy.com, then point the DNS servers towards BlueHost.

I am not sure GD has CA I use www.sybername.com and point to Bluehost.

You can use any registrar that provides .ca domains. BH does not offer .ca domains, however, so your only choice is to register the domain elsewhere, then point the nameservers to BH.
