I use less than 10% of the monthly bandwidth, but my account was deactivated because there are too many users online.
Everything was fine before yesterday, i got at most 1500 users per 15 mins, it is still very fast.
i wonder since there is enough bandwidth, why BH puts so many restrictions on the number of users accessing our website?
It is very normal if we got 10,000 IP per day after we spent years of effort on the website.
After hours of negotiation with the Live Chat Helpers, at last they reactivated my account, but it really created bad impressions for my users.
If BH really wants to restrict the number of users online (say at most 100), then why not just tell the 101 users that the website is temporary unavailable (visit it again as such...) instead of suspending our accounts.
PS: when we register with BH, BH never told us this restriction on the registration page.
After searching through this forum, I find lots of similar cases, BH should not just deactivated our accounts like this. Deactivating an website is just as killing the website especially the webmaster is not aware of it for a couple of days.
