View Full Version : I need help again....sorry!
I'm so sorry! But I've looked through the forums and I have a question I didn't see an answer to already. I'm using page wizard to build a site through bluehost, and I'm really not liking any of the fonts they have offered for my page. Is there anyway to add new fonts to use on page wizard?

If you can manually edit the code, its a matter of changing the font to your preference. Note that you want to stay with a font that is common on most computers (Arial, Times New Roman, Courier, Verdana, etc.); if you pick something like Bob's Funky Font, it likely won't look the same on other user's computers. In that case, you may want to include a back-up font.
Not to be the bearer of bad news but I would recommend steering away from PageWizard and using another piece of design software. Based on what past users at this forum have experienced, it creates nothing but frustration. It does a poor job of following good HTML coding practice and, as you are discovering, it is very limited in its abilities.
Thanks for your help. I didn't know there was a different way to edit. Like I said I'm totally new. What would you recommend that's easy for a new person like myself? I'm familiar enough with HTML to get basics done, but I've never set a site up completely with HTML. Again I really do appreciate it.

There are several web editors you can buy such as Adobe Dreamweaver and Microsoft Expression Web.
There are hundreds of web editors that are free downloads from the web. A couple of simple graphical type ones are Kompozer and NVU. There are also loads of plain text ones such as HTMLkit, CSE HTML Validator. You can even use notepad (but not wordpad or word unless you always save as plain text).
The other alternative is to install a blog or content management system (CMS) onto your site and create your pages through that. Some options there are WordPress, Drupal, Joomla and hundreds more.
Which of these that you choose depends on the sort of site you want to develop and how you intend to maintain it.
