Awstats "no domain" but there is one

I joined Bluehost a few weeks ago, and have my hosted domain up and running. But when I went to Awstats yesterday and today, to see how many hits the pages are receiving, the box pops up that says there is no domain to report the stats of.

Is this just not working...or what am I not doing right?

You need to enable awstats in the control panel first. Then it will collect stats. Under logs, select the icon "Choose Log Programs," select awstats.

Bobdog has the right answer, but I would also suggest Google Analytics if you want stats that you can really did into. (It's free, though you do need to copy a paste a short script onto the bottom of each page - no problem though).
