Add on domain

Hello

I am having alot of problems creating a new domain , i can create the domain but the cpanel is not creating the folder for the domain is there anything i can do or i am doing wrong ?

If somebody could help i really apreciate since i cannot talk on the phone since the last 3 days with bluehost and today on live help they just close the chat for the 3rd time ..

I think you're just going to have to keep trying to get through to BH. If cPanel isn't doing what it's supposed to be doing, I don't know of any user-end tricks for getting around the problem.

Please remember, too, that today is a holiday, so BH might be running a little short-staffed. You might do better tomorrow. The support is 24x7, but I don't think they run a full staff on weekends and holidays.
