Mail sending issue..

Just now i am facing problem while sending mail.

The server responded: 550 Administrative Prohibition

but before that you guys are saying max 500 emails every hour??

each mail size about max 900 KB only!! but does that effect to there mail counter?

You can only send 50 an hour by default. Talk to support to get the limit raised.

We are having the same problem. We are using SHELBY SYSTEMS chruch database software. Its a large highly acclaimed product so its not a cheap product poorly designed. We run the Email program and it sends out email 1 at a time. I have called BH months ago re our IP so its not seen as sending spam and I believe they set us up for a 500 max. We send a few hundred then 50 to 100 get rejected with the message
"550 Administrative Prohibition".
I would like to find out where the problem is and what ever I need to do to fix it. Any ideas?
