Box 387 slow/down?

Funny thing is I am logged in via SSH and everything is fine?

Visit http://serverstatus.bluehost.com, plug in your domain name, and see if there are any issues on your box. What about when you go to your Control Panel, and hit Service Status? Any red/yellow circles?

The server status shows no issues. For the past few days it seems at around 9 AM EST it becomes very slow for 15-30 minutes then is fine. Funny thing is I can be logged in via SSH and everything works fine?
