Postini Configuration?

We upgraded to postini recently on our account and since that time our spam has increased dramatically. Is there supposed to be some type of administrative login for postini somwhere so that it can be configured for all of our mailboxes at once? We've opened a ticket with bluehost on this but so far the response has not been very good.
