last night, i sent a email to all my forum members as i have done for the last 5 years via oher hosts and this has never happend.

i still have no emails working, my site is still off line, im not happy :(

The email just contained text telling my members we now have a internet radio stream and were looking for contributers.

I don't know how they came to the conclusion that you were sending spam, I wonder if it's possible that somebody else has been spamming from your domain..

You have to be able to access your account to change anything. I'm not sure how they expect you to do it without enabling your account first.

It sounds more like somebody got spammed with your domain in the header and complained about it, I doubt that your forum-wide email is the cause of this.

If somebody signed up to your forum and received an email from it, it seems more likely that they would have said something on your forum about it. You'd have to be pretty offended to go to the trouble of looking up and contacting somebody's host over something like this.

all i no is i am getting zero help from any one at blue host, my site is down.
I cant access any of my emails, i have work deadlines a canot meet now as info in emails can not be sent / recived :(

im very tierd and this has been a total waste of my time.

im not very happy with this, i thought bluehost looked like a good choice and in 7 years of hosting i have found this to be discracefull.
