I'm not familiar with the service but Skype might be the answer. I believe it allows you to make calls from anywhere for pennies on the dollar (or pence on the pound for you).

Hello, don't know if this is much help, but a friend of mine has family in the UK but live in the US. She uses Skype to call her family. She says: "it's 25 cents to call a UK cell phone and 2 cents for a landline. UK charges more to call cell phone. Definitely cheaper to use Skype than our normal house phone via At&T." So if you cannot use the live chat feature via the website, that might be a cheap option.

Of course VOIP depends on your internet connection.
:D

Well the only option if you can't get skype or some other VOIP phone service would be to make an international call to their support number. That is one of the disadvantages in dealing with a web hosting provider in a foreign country when the online options are not usable for what you want.
