I am having trouble with the forwarders I have set up. I have noticed that not all of the messages that are received by the bluehost emails accounts are being forwarded to the emails they are supposed to go through. Some messages are forwarded and others are not. All of the messages that are supposed to be forwarded are from the same email address as the email is generated by a web form being completed.
I didn't have any problems with the forwards until this week. I didn't change anything in my configurations, so I am not sure how to resolve this. I have talked to representatives of Bluehost on this, but so far there has been no solution and we are still just receiving some of the messages.
I would REALLY appreciate help as we depend on getting the emails generated from the forms and we don't want to have to check the bluehost email accounts separately.
