Sending attachments

Does anybody know if there is a limit to the size of attachments that can be *received* by bluehosted e-mails? I set up a web site and e-mail addresses for a friend and he tells me that he cannot receive any files over 2 megs. The only thing I've found in the Knowledgebase about attachments is that there is a limit to how big an attachment can be *sent* from a bluehosted account. Is there maybe something that I need to set up on the administrative end?

I also am having this issue. A prospective client is trying to send an attachment and it keeps getting kicked back to her. She's even tried to zip it first to no avail.

I've looked through the email manager (where I made the pop3 account) and the only thing I found remotely related is Quote (which I had set to 1000 megs before this problem started).

Any insights?
