Access problems after using new sub domain

The owner of the website is having website viewing problems which started right after I create a sub-domain for versioning of the website.

When they bring up the website, none of the pictures show up. I don't have the problem and I have also tested several other computers that don't have the problem. Does anybody understand what might be happening?

She is using Verizon DSL with Microsoft IE to access the website.

I believe she is using Windows XP because it is a relatively new machine. I will have to double check. First I 'm going to have to tell her how to find out what she is using.:rolleyes:
