My acc with 47GB and have error.

Generate a Full Backup
Sorry, your account is too big to create a Full System Backup, but you can still download any of the backups you have created above. To create a full system backup now, you will need to first delete some files from your account.


How can I do now? :(

Ask support to move your site to a different server where you can then use the full allocation of space that they currently allow rather than the smaller amount that was allowed when you signed up.
