Can I back up my office to computer to my account on the bluehost server?

I don't see an option for setting up my office computers to automatically back up to my domain on the bluehost servers. Is that possible?

I don't believe there is an option through cPanel to perform a backup to the servers from your office computer. You should be able to do it through FTP. However, I would caution you to be careful not to upload anything that might violate the terms of your agreement with BH, i.e., music and movie files to which you do not own the copyright. I'm not suggesting that you have those own your office computer but there have been other users at this forum who have experienced account suspension for this reason.

thank you. sole purpose is to backup office files and or clone disc to server for off site backup and future restoration. I am not a computer guru, am not familiar w/ ftp and will find another solution.

FTP is the way that you upload files to the server. There are lots of programs that can do it but if you want to upload files then whatever solution you decide to use will need to use FTP.
