Hi,
I did send a ticket for my issue but it endup with an account verification which I've done and they want me to resend another ticket.Did that also but while in waiting for 24hrs reply I want to hear from others that facing the same problem with me.
This happen when I want to add add-on domain for www.selebxxxx.tv
I got this error on the Step 2: Verify Ownership = "To verify ownership of this domain, please call customer support at (888) 401-4678."
Does anyone have the same issue like me?
thanks

A little bit of thread digging but one tends to see this thread when searching for "verification".
Whatever you do, don't try to verify via Livechat or the ticket system. You will only get frustrated. I gave up and called them (press 4 for verification). The whole call took less than 5min. Well worth it, even when calling from EU.

If you registered your domain with someone else (other than Bluehost) you need to make sure that you set your nameservers to Bluehost's nameservers or else when you addon a domain Bluehost won't recognize the domain.
Go to your registrar's site and sign in to your account and click on the domain; then look for an area where it says something like "set nameservers" or maybe just "nameservers." You should see some forms come up where you can type in the data for Bluehost's nameservers.
Bluehost's nameservers are ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com. So that's what you need to type into those lines where it asked for your nameserver information.
After you do that, go back to your Bluehost account. When you go to add on your domain you will need to type in the domain name and then it should automatically verify your ownership if you're pointing your domain at the right nameservers.
You'll see the screen say "verifying ownership....." and then a few seconds later it should tell you you've been verified.
Keep in mind this is only if you've registered the domain somewhere else. If you've registered the domain at Bluehost I'm not sure what the problem is, maybe one of the mods will chime in here to help.
Best,
Jennifer
