Video sharing scripts ?

I cant find a thread related to this one, poor me.
I'm just wondering if I could host a video website with these requirements :confused: or the Admin would setup these ?
# GD Library 2 or higher
# Mplayer + Mencoder
# Flv2tool
# Libogg + Libvorbis
# LAME MP3 Encoder
It seems unlikely to happen but it's a try, I guess :o

You'd have to ask BlueHost support about installing additional options. They are unlikely to do it for you but they are the only ones who can.
