Email Box Disappeared

This morning I found my Thunderbird email client indicating I needed to re-enter my password. Upon doing so, it can't seem to connect. So, I go to Control Panel and it indicates that I don't have any email accounts and I can't access Horde.

What happened? Are the email servers down?

Under Mail Configuration, I get the following errors:

Funny... I had the same thing happen to my account today!

I'm trying to re-create my email (because I now have 0 accounts) and I get this error:

Add a New Email Account
There was a problem creating the email account. [ Show Details ]
Permission denied: /home/websiteco/etc/website.com/passwd passwd
[ Go Back ]

Not sure what to do... I need my email account...

Tech support told me that they don't have access to see what happened and why it is gone. :mad: Did you have any luck???

If you're still having issues with it contact support and ask for someone higher up to look at the permissions on that directory you mentioned.
