can't add one more addon domains

Hi, anybody there can help me in adding one more addon domain to my account? When I install it, in step 2, it is verification code required, and before it never asked for verfication code, what is the matter? Any help would be appreciated!

How many times did you try? Keep on trying, the response may be different next time.

Support told me that this interface is a little buggy and they are working on it to resolve the problems. It took me an hour the other day to add one domain, different error messages and different responses regarding domain ownership. In the end despite being told that the domain could not be added, I found that it had indeed been added!

Contact support by using the live chat facility and they will try to add the domain for you. I say try as even support had problems with another domain of mine a couple of days earlier.
