Subdomain administrator control

My son would like to host a WordPress blog on a subdomain I created for him. When I run the WordPress installation wizard out of Fantastico, it wants to know the admin access name and password, which I assume is the admin name and password for our primary domain.

Is there a way I can create a user and password for my son and make that the owner of subdomain.mydomain.org so he can upload his WordPress stuff without having access to our root account?

That's so he can log into the WordPress installation. It has nothing to do with the rest of your Bluehost account.

You are creating the admin username and password when you install WordPress. The values you enter should NOT be those you have used anywhere before.
