Email problem with addon domain and outlook express

Hi, I use the control panel to successfully configure email accounts on my main domain, and it automatically configure outlook express successfully. Following the same procedure for the addon domain doesnt seem to work - even though the setting appear correct in outlook. Also, it did work previously, but now fails.

Is anyone familiar with this issue? Thanks
